Crown Advisors International Ltd (“Crown Advisors”) is a small capitalization asset management firm. We target small capitalization companies that, due to sales and margin growth or deterioration, are experiencing measurable changes in returns on invested capital. These companies typically receive little to no research coverage, yet offer an attractive growth and valuation relationship. We use our broad information network and extensive grass roots research to identify investment candidates. In addition, we use a number of proprietary portfolio management tools as a guide to adjust both our industry and overall market exposures. The principals of Crown Advisors are Mr. Geoffrey J. Block, Mr. John A. Spilman V, and Ms. Dagmar Baeuerle.
